1140. Police-station and Court office cash accounts to be compared with the Superintendent's office accounts.
(a)The police-station and Court, office cash accounts shall be compared monthly with the entries in the accounts of the Superintendent's office and initialled by the head clerk.(b)Accountants shall bring to the notice of the Superintendent all cases in which any sum of money has remained in hand for more than two months.
