Section 5(2)(ii) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014

(ii)minimum 7 years of experience of working on children's issues in case of a graduate and 5 years of such experience in case of a post-graduate; and not less than 35 years of age.
