(4)The Development Committee constituted and exercising any functions under the provisions of the principal Act immediately before the commencement of this Act shall continue to exercise such functions until the Constructions Committee is constituted under the provisions of the principal Act as amended by this Act and until it takes over charge to the Executive Council for the time being functioning under the provisions of the principal Act or amended by this Act.
