- Every prisoner shall, before being released, be carefully identified by reference to the personal description of such prisoner recorded in the admission register, and the Superintendent and Deputy Superintendent shall satisfy themselves respectively that the prisoner brought forward is entitled to be released and that his sentence has been duly executed except in respect of any remission earned and granted in pursuance of the remission rules.
