Section 10(1)(c) in Chhattisgarh Rajya Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2013

(c)In case of breach of clause (b) of sub-regulation (1), an officer or employee shall be liable to pay to the Bank as compensation a sum equal to his pay for the period of notice required of him.
