Section 1 in The M.P. Trade Unions Regulations, 1961
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the Madhya Pradesh Trade Unions Regulations, 1961.(2)They shall extend to Trade Unions whose objects are confined to the State of Madhya Pradesh.(3)They shall come into force immediately on their publication in the Gazette.
