Section 19(3) in Delhi Legal Services Authority Regulations,2002
(3)No Travelling Allowance and Daily Allowance shall be admissible under this rule to any Member or other person referred to in sub-ruels (1) and (2) if he draws Travelling Allowance and Daily Allowance from any other source for performing the same journey.
