Section 6(a) in The U.P. Electricity (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Consumption and Use) Order, 1977
(a)(i)In respect of electrical energy consumed by all large and heavy power industrial consumers receiving power at 33KV and above, excepting fertilizers, from the U.P. State Electricity Board a cut of 50 per cent in their monthly consumption of electricity both in respect of energy and demand shall be exercised :
