1. The petitioner has filed this application for amendment of the writ petition.
2. Ms. Deepika Raghav, learned counsel for the respondent-Bank, seeks time to take instructions. The Bank may file a reply to the application and will also deal with the proposed amendments on merits, without prejudice to its contentions.
3. The affidavit be filed within two weeks. Rejoinder thereto, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter.
