Section 8(2) in Maharashtra Public Trust Rules, 1951
(2)[ If any certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the Deputy or Assistant Charity Commissioner may, on an application for the purpose, issue a duplicate thereof [(the word "Duplicate" being clearly stamped in red ink)] [Added by Notification No. 13337/P, dated 2nd June 1972.] on payment of such charge therefor not exceeding two rupees as the Deputy or Assistant Charity Commissioner may deem fit.]
