The Petitioner, who appears in-person, states that although part of the order passed by the Tribunal on 4th February, 2016 in O. A. No.350/00560/2015 has been complied, a major part relating to the financial implication and the salary to be paid to him, has not been dealt with by the Tribunal while passing the order on 5th October, 2016 in CPC 350/00176/2016. Certain calculations have been annexed by him at pages 42 -58 to the writ petition. He has also stated before us that he has received calculations from Respondent No.3 on an application made by him under the RTI Act, on 30th January, 2017.
Mr Bose the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents is directed to ascertain whether the payments, shown in the Reply to the RTI application, have been paid to the Petitioner and if paid, the date on which such payments were made.
A Supplementary affidavit to be filed by the Respondents disclosing the aforesaid facts as also whether the calculations at pages 42-58 to the writ petition are correct and whether they were filed before the Tribunal in the contempt petition.
The affidavit be filed within ten days and Reply thereto, if any, by the Petitioner within one week thereafter.
