. - The Managers of a certified school may, on giving six months' notice in writing to the [State] [Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government through the Chief Inspector of their intention so to do, resign the certificates of the school and accordingly at the expiration of six months from the date of the notice, unless before that time the notice is withdrawn the resignation of the certificate shall take effect, and the school shall cease to be a certified school.
