(3)For the purpose of his duties, as specified in sub-rule 6 of rule 14, a Certifying Surgeon shall be entitled to the same rate of fee for examination and grant of certificates of fitness and the same rate of additional fee for travelling as specified in sub-rule (1) of this rule.
