Section 22 in The Calcutta Metropolitan Water And Sanitation Authority Act, 1966
22. General disqualifications of all officers and employees. -
No person who has directly or indirectly, by himself or his partner or agent, any share or interest in any contract, by or on behalf of the Authority, or in any employment under, by or on behalf of the Authority otherwise than as an officer or employee thereof, shall become or remain an office or employee of the Authority.
