Section 26(2) in Punjab Military Transport Act, 1916
(2)No Civil Court shall take cognizance of the manner in which the [Central Government] [Substituted for the words 'Local Government' by the Government of India (Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937.] or any person exercise any power vested in it or in him by or under this Act.
