Section 1 in Railways Rates Tribunal (Procedure) Regulations, 1990
1. Short title and commencement.-
(1)These regulations may be called the Railway Rates Tribunal (Procedure) Regulations. 1990.(2)They shall come into force on the dale of commencement of the Act.
