Section 11(3) in Indian Companies Act, 1913

(3)A company shall not he registered by a name which contains any of the following words, namely,:-"Crown", "Emperor", "Empire", "Empress", "Imperial", "King", "Queen", "Royal", or words expressing or implying the sanction, approval or patronage of the Crown or the Government of India or a Local Government, except where the Governor General in Council signifies his consent to the use of such words as part of the name of the company by order in writing under the hand of one of the Secretaries to the Government of India:Provided that nothing in this sub-section shall apply to companies registered before the commencement of this Act.
