(1)The Gram Panchayat shall approve a report prepared by the Panchayat Secretary on its administration for each year, as soon as may be after the close of such year and not later than prescribed date, in such form and with such details as may be prescribed and place it before the Gram Panchayat for its consideration. The Panchayat Secretary shall forward copy of such report to the Extension Officer (PR&RD).(2)The Panchayat Secretary shall prepare progress report of Gram Panchayat administration every month and place before the Gram Panchayat in the manner prescribed.
