Section 29(1) in Nagpur Improvement Trust Act, 1936
(1)Whenever it appears to the Trust that any area is insanitary area within the meaning of section 28 and that, regard being had to the comparative value of the buildings in such area and of the sites on which they are erected, the most satisfactory method of dealing with the area or any part thereof is a re-building scheme, it shall frame a scheme in accordance with the provisions of this section.
