The above group of matters to be listed on 14.09.2018 so that the Chamber Summonses and the Notices of Motion can be taken up for consideration on the said date. As once the Chamber Summonses and the Notices of Motion are disposed of, the same would facilitate the hearing of the above Writ Petitions which are in the nature of cross Petitions filed challenging the order dated 06.03.2014 passed by the High Power Committee. Since most of the Chamber Summonses have been filed by Tamhane and Co., we direct them to serve copies of the said Chamber Summonses upon the other parties in the respective Petitions. The learned Counsel Mr. Jaiswal also to serve his Chamber Summons on the other parties in the Petition with which the Applicants in the Chamber Summons are concerned. The Respondents in these respective Petitions may file their responses at least two days prior to the next date. It is made clear that on 14.09.2018 the Chamber Summonses as well as Notices of Motion would be taken up for hearing and final disposal.
