Section 19 in The Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Amendment Act, 2023
19. Amendment of section 24A
In section 24A of the principal Act, for the marginal heading, the following marginal heading shall be substituted, namely:—"Rights and liabilities of a holder of mineral concession."
