Section 52(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1991
(1)Subject to the direction issued by the Government on the application of the Board or market committee, as the case may be, or otherwise, all moneys received by the Board or market committee, as the case may be, shall be credited daily in a Nationalised Bank, a post office savings bank or a co-operative bank.
