Section 66 in The Delhi School Education Rules, 1973
66. No grant-in-aid for unqualified staff.
(1)In order to be eligible receive grant-in-aid, a school shall employ adequate number of qualified teaching and other staff as approved by the Director under the norms of post fixation or as has been specified by him from time to time.(2)Save as otherwise provided in sub-rule (5) of rule 98, the pay of unqualified teachers shall not be an admissible charge for the assessment of grant-in-aid for the school unless an exemption has been made by Director in this behalf.
