236. Expert.
(1)The Claims Tribunal may, for the purpose of adjudicating upon any claim for compensation, other than claims for compensation under Section 140, choose not more than two persons having technical or special knowledge with respect to any matter before the Claims Tribunal for the purpose of assisting it in the holding of the enquiry.(2)The remuneration, if any, to be paid to the expert shall be determined by the Claims Tribunal.
