AWARD By consent of the parties, delay 2 any, in filing the appeal stands condoned.
The learned advenates for the appellant and the respondent, National Insurance Company Limited are present.
Heard the isarned advocates for both the parties. It is submitted that the matter is settled between the parties and the insurance Company shall pay a further sum of Bs. 18,50,000/- to the ted appellant, which sum shall be paid upon proper identification and in the sare proportion, mode and manner, as directed! by the learmed Trial Court. The appellant/Imsurance Company has deposited a gum of Rs, GOOG /- before the learned Registrar General. The appellant /Ineurance Company shall be at Wberty to withdraw the said amount of Re.25,000/- with accrued interest from. the office of the learned Registrar General. The Insurance Company shall make payment within six weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order before the Office of the learned Registrar General, High Court, Caloutta. Upon making such paynient, the appellant shall be entitled to withdraw the same upon furnishing his/ther identity /identities and the learned Registrar General, wpon being satished with the respective identity/identities, shall make payment within two weeks thereafter.
The L-C.R,, if any, be returned to the concerned Court with a capy of this Award.
