Section 266 in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948
266. Provision of new places for disposal of the dead.
- If the existing places for the disposal of the dead appear to the Corporation at any time to be insufficient, it shall provide further fit and convenient places for the purpose :Provided that, except with the written permission of the State Government no place shall be so provided -(a)if it has never previously been lawfully used for the purpose, or(b)if having been formerly so used it is no longer so used.
