Since the matters of the nature like the present one are being enquired by Justice Mathur Commission (Hon'ble Mr.Justice N.N.Mathur), the petitioners would be free to ventilate their grievances before that Commission. In these circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the present PIL petition. The same is, therefore, dismissed.
