646. Application for compromise to be accompanied by affidavit of Official Liquidator.
- Every application for sanction to a compromise or arrangement with any person indebted to the company shall be supported by the affidavit of the Official Liquidator stating that he is satisfied for reasons stated in such affidavit that the proposed compromise or arrangement would be beneficial to the company.Appeals against an act or decision of the Liquidator
