Section 1 in Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Heritage Area Development Authority Act, 2018
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Heritage Area Development Authority Act, 2018.(2)It extends to the Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Heritage area as defined in clause (h) of section 2.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
