(1)A prisoner sentenced to death shall, from the date of his sentence, and without waiting for the sentence to be confirmed by the High Court, be confined in some place or a cell to be regularly examined, generally within the prison, apart from all other prisoners.(2)Every such prisoner shall, in the morning after the opening of the prison and in the evening before it is closed, be searched in the presence of the Jailor in charge of the circle or yard concerned.(3)Women prisoners under sentence of death shall be kept in the women's section of the prison and guarded by women officials.
