Section 28 in Himachal Pradesh Homoeopathic Practitioners Act, 1979
28. Prohibition of practice by persons not registered.
- No person, other than a practitioner registered under this Act, shall practise or hold himself out, whether directly or by implication, as practising or as being prepared to practise the homoeopathic system.
