Facts:
1. Both the parties were heard on 28.05.2009.
2. The appellant has grievances regarding alleged frequent transfers, due to which his personal and family life is severally affected. In this backdrop, he has submitted a complaint to the respondent and alleged that he was harassed by his employer because he belongs to SC category.
3. Through his RTI application, he has asked for action taken report on the complaint submitted by him. He has also alleged that the respondent has not taken prompt action on his complaint, due to which he has been suffering from harassment of his employer.
4. The CPIO and Appellate Authority have duly replied and indicated the action taken that the respondent is awaiting comments from the concerned department.

5. During the hearing, the appellant alleged that the respondent has not expeditiously taken a decision on his complaint to stop the harassment meted out to him by his employer. The CPIO explained the procedure followed by the respondent for taking decisions on the complaints received from the aggrieved parties.
Decision:
6. The CPIO has duly replied and indicated the action taken on the complaint submitted by the appellant. As the respondent has the powers of a Civil Court to investigate the complaints of caste based discrimination, this Commission would rather refrain from making any comments or remarks on the processes followed by the respondent to expedite the matter of investigation. As regards the transparency in the decision making process is concerned, the CPIO has duly replied.
7. This appeal is therefore considered unnecessary and is thus disposed of.
