Section 336(1) in Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012
(1)A closed will in respect whereof the above mentioned formalities have not been complied with, shall not take effect and the Special Notary shall be liable to pay damages and be subject to major penalty by disciplinary proceeding.
