Heard learned counsel, Mr. Rajeev Ranjan, appearing for the petitioner.

2. Perused the order dated 06.02.2016 passed by the learned A.D.J.-IV, Vaihali at Hajipur in T.A. No. 18 of 2000, whereby, the court below has allowed the application under Order 41 Rule 27 C.P.C. on the ground that the probate certificate, which is sought to be adduced as an additional evidence in title appeal, is a document, which could not have been produced by the appellant during the trial as the certificate has been granted in the year 2012.

3. In view of the finding of the court below, I do not find any error in the order passed by the court below. As such, this civil miscellaneous is dismissed.
