Section 37(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965
(1)On and from the date of the commencement of this Act, all vacant lands belonging to or under the control of the Government situated within the local limits of a municipality shall, subject to the provisions of Sub-section (2) and (3) and to such conditions as may be prescribed, be deemed to be in the possession or under the control of the council concerned for purposes of this Act.Explanation. - For the purpose of this section "vacant land" includes a poramboke, donka or kunta.
