5. Authority to whom the scheme and application is to be submitted
.-Applications and schemes under regulation 4 shall be submitted to the Secretary to the Government of India, Department of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) as per the Schedule annexed to the regulations.
