Section 45 in The Port Of New Mangalore Rules, 1976
45. Prohibition of underwater salvaging of repairs.
- No person shall salvage any anchors, cables, stores, or for cargoes lost or supporsed to be lost therein or undertaken under water repairs to vessels without the prior permission of the Conservator or an officer authorised by him in that behalf.
