24. Confirmation.
- A probationer shall be confirmed in his appointment at the end of his period of probation or extended period of probation as the case may be, if-(a)he has passed the departmental examination;(b)his work and conduct during the probationary period have been found to be satisfactory; and(c)his integrity is certified.
