Section 52(1) in The Bihar State Housing Board Act, 1982
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Land Acquisition Act 1894 (Act I of 1894) the Government may constitute Tribunal for the purpose of performing the functions of the Court with reference to the acquisition of land for the Board under the said Act to and for deciding such other matters as may be prescribed.
