Section 6(1)(e) in The Punjab Industrial Facilitation Act, 2005

(e)to grant exemption or relaxation from the provisions of any other State Law relating to industrial development under which an authority subordinate to the State Government has been empowered under that law to grant such exemption or relaxation; and
