- The decision of a bench of the Gram Katchahry shall be in writing and shall be signed by all members of such bench. It shall contain such particulars as may be prescribed by Rules made by the Government in this behalf:Provided that the failure on the part of any member of the bench to sign the decision shall not affect the validity of such decision.
