Section 300(1) in The U.P. Municipalities Act, 1916
(1)The power of the [State Government] [Substituted by ALO 1950.] to make rules or regulations under this chapter is subject to the condition of the rules or regulations being made after previous publication and of their not taking effect until they have been published in the [Official Gazette] [Substituted by ALO 1950.].
