Section 51(1) in The Maharashtra (Vidarbha Region) Agricultural Debtors Relief Act, 1969
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette Gazette and subject to the condition of previous publication from time to time, make rules for carrying into effect the purposes of this Act.
