Section 8(4)(i) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH ANIMAL FEED (REGULATION OF MANUFACTURE, QUALITY CONTROL, SALE AND DISTRIBUTION) ACT, 2020

(i)If application is not submitted for license within the time limit as prescribed under sub-section (2) the Licensing Authority can order for stopping all Animal Feed Business Operations being undertaken by the person/company/ firm.
