(4)Submission to periodical return. - In the first week of August of every year, Tahsildar will compile a statement in L.M.C. Form 1-B from the above mentioned Tahsil register and will send it to the Collector of his district. The Collector will send a consolidated statement in respect of all the Tahsils of his district in LM.S. Form 1-D to the. Board of Revenue later than by the 15th September of every year. [Vide B.O.
