Mr. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of the Union and submits, interference has been sought for direction upon the labour Court to also compute interest @ 12% per annum and thereby modify it order dated 31st May, 2023. The misc. case was filed under section 33-C(2) in Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

2. Petitioner will serve this order and the writ petition on office of Deputy Solicitor General for effective service on opposite party no.1.
