ORDER
Background
1. The Applicant filed an RTI application dt.6.8.10 with the PIO, Western Railway, DRM Office, Ahmedabad seeking information related to his leave account and payment of bonus. The PIO replied on 28.9.10. This reply was preceded by an interim reply dt.12.8.10 enclosing the absentee statement. He also added that as per the records available, bonus card has not been forwarded to Ajmer Division. Not satisfied with the reply, the Applicant filed an appeal dt.15.10.10 with the Appellate Authority. The Appellate Authority replied on 1.11.10 stating that vide letter dt.22.10.10, the Applicant was advised to send the non payment certificate for the period he has not received the payment , duly certified by present controlling in charge so that the same can be processed. He added that action will be taken only on receipt of the same. Being aggrieved with the reply, the Applicant filed a second appeal dt.Nil before CIC.
Decision
2. During the hearing, the Respondents submitted that Appellant's grievance has since been redressed and that the bonus payment has also been made.
3. Since the grievance of the Appellant has been redressed, the case now stands closed.
