Section 1(b) in Punjab, Haryana and Union Territory, Chandigarh Arbitration and Conciliation Rules, 2003
(b)These, Rules shall come into force in the States of Punjab, Haryana and Union Territory, Chandigarh from the date of publication in their respective official Gazette.
