Section 7 in Tamil Nadu Regulation of Wood Based Industries Rules, 2010
7. Timber to be covered by Transit Permit.
- The licensee shall not receive any timber not covered by transit permit prescribed by the Tamil Nadu Timber Transit Rules, 1968 for conversion or any other purpose and he shall not allow any timber, after conversion or otherwise, to leave the Wood Based Industries premises without issuing a delivery chalan in Form-III.
