(2)The [State Government] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act No. 38 of 1957.] may delegate to the Excise Commissioner such powers of the [State Government] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act No. 38 of 1957.] conferred by this Act, as it may specify, except the power to make rules thereunder.
